The concept
Migration strategies differ by how much of the application you touch on the way over. The less you change, the faster and safer the move, and the fewer cloud gains you collect on day one.
Why this answer
Nothing about the servers changes except where they run, so a large fleet can cross in one programme without a compatibility review for every workload.
