Privacy Policy

The short version

We use no third-party trackers and set no cookies beyond what authentication requires. We collect the minimum needed to run the product: your account email, your practice responses, and your subscription status. We don’t sell your data.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting product analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which features are used, for example, how many questions get answered or explanations viewed. These events are aggregate and contain no third-party tracking cookies and no cross-site identifiers.

What we store

• Account email (for magic-link sign-in).
• Your practice responses and progress, so we can compute readiness.
• Subscription status, so we know which features you have access to.
• Waitlist emails, only if you opt in on a specific certification.

Anonymous practice progress is stored only in your browser’s local storage until you create an account.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@firsttry.app. Because we store so little, honoring that is straightforward.
