PMLEWhat the ML Engineer exam looks like
PMLE has 50-60 questions in 120 minutes, multiple choice and multiple select. Every figure on this page is read from the official exam page and linked to it.
How many questions, and how long
Google Cloud states 50-60 questions for PMLE, with a time limit of 120 minutes. That is about 2.4 minutes a question, including the time it takes to read the stem and the options.
Google Cloud publishes a range rather than a fixed count, so the pace above assumes the low end of it. At the top of the range you have less time a question.
What the questions look like
Multiple choice and multiple select, in Google's own words. No labs, no console access, and nothing to configure during the exam.
