A worked example
Shown solved, with the whole explanation open: this is what every question here carries.
A workshop issues safety glasses and gloves to bench technicians. An inspector asks the employer to prove the PPE selection requirement was met. What must the employer produce?
Correct.
Concept
Protective gear is the output of an evaluation, not a shopping decision. The employer has to examine the job for the dangers actually present, choose gear matched to what it finds, and produce a durable record proving that the evaluation happened.
Why B
The standard names the exact form the proof takes: a document identifying the site evaluated, the person who evaluated it, the dates, and the fact that the document is a certification of the evaluation. Nothing else in the paperwork substitutes for it.
