Microsoft Azure states 40 to 60 questions for SC-100, with a time limit of 120 minutes. That is about 3 minutes a question, including the time it takes to read the stem and the options.
Microsoft Azure publishes a range rather than a fixed count, so the pace above assumes the low end of it. At the top of the range you have less time a question.
What the questions look like

What passes
The passing score for SC-100 is 700 on a scale of 1 to 1000.
If you do not pass
