What score do I need to pass ITIL 4 Foundation?
26 correct out of 40 questions (65%) in 60 minutes, closed book. Non-native English speakers may receive extra time through the exam provider.
How are ITIL 4 Foundation questions distributed?
The official syllabus concentrates most questions on the ITIL practices (especially the seven detailed ones like incident, problem, and change enablement), followed by key concepts and the guiding principles. Our distribution mirrors the published syllabus proportions.
Is ITIL relevant for technical roles?
If you work anywhere near an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), ITIL vocabulary is the lingua franca, incidents vs problems, change enablement, SLAs. Foundation gives you that shared language quickly.
